📦 Returns

• You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .

💳 Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

• The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase .

• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for your refund to appear.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you would like a different size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability).

❌ Non-returnable items

• For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g. underwear, intimate accessories) cannot be returned.
